The most anybody has paid today. It starts over every midnight.
Today ends in 11:09:00
Nobody has paid today yet. The first one to pay anything is up here.
Nobody is holding today.
$2 puts you above it.
This is the same list of payments as the main screen, counted from midnight. Pay less than the top and you are still on today's list; pay more than anybody ever has and you take the main screen as well.

One per day, kept for good. This is the part that outlives the day.
Looking for the one that never resets? That is the main screen.
